Forced to Sign Over - Part 2

Businessman Jay Daniels is still being held bound and gagged by his rival who is still hellbent on getting Jay to sign a legal document that will grant all control and power of Jay's business - to him. Now stripped of his fancy work shoes and socks, Jay is chloroformed and put into a strict hogtie and silenced tightly with duct tape. He is given yet another chance by the enemy to sign the document - but Jay is still refusing and putting up quite the fight. Will his enemy break him and get him to sign the company over? Or will he just have to endure more bondage predicaments?
